Privacy Notice

This release stores account information, verified email status, platform artist identity, external song URLs and extracted metadata, votes, rankings, credit transactions, moderation records, and security hashes used to identify suspicious duplicate-account or voting patterns.

No song audio files are uploaded to or intentionally stored by the application. External audio URLs may be saved so the browser can play the source-hosted audio while qualifying a vote.

During a battle, temporary server-session data records which unique playback intervals qualified toward the listening requirement. This temporary listening state is not intended to become a permanent song-playback history.

IP addresses used for anti-abuse checks are stored as keyed hashes rather than plain IP addresses. Administrators should configure appropriate retention, access controls and a jurisdiction-specific privacy policy before public launch.
