Privacy Notice

This release stores account information, verified email status, platform artist identity, external song URLs and extracted metadata, votes, rankings, credit transactions, moderation records, direct-message/contact state, and security hashes used to identify suspicious duplicate-account, login, or voting patterns.

No song audio files are uploaded to or intentionally stored by the application. External audio URLs may be saved so the browser can play the source-hosted audio while qualifying a vote.

Friend-to-friend message history is temporary: read friend messages are removed after 24 hours and unread friend messages have a seven-day maximum. Accepted-contact and mute status can remain so users do not need to reconnect each day. Administrator Support messages are retained separately because they may contain account, support, or moderation information.

AI Arena does not allow users to upload arbitrary photos into messaging. If KLIPY is enabled, meme/GIF searches are sent to KLIPY and selected KLIPY media is loaded from its service; KLIPY may receive technical information associated with those requests under its own privacy policy.

During a battle, temporary server-session data records which unique playback intervals qualified toward the listening requirement. This temporary listening state is not intended to become a permanent song-playback history.

IP addresses used for anti-abuse checks are stored as keyed hashes rather than plain IP addresses. Administrators should configure appropriate retention, access controls and a jurisdiction-specific privacy policy before public launch.
