Terms of Participation

Launch note: These are practical starter terms for the first release, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Have qualified counsel review them before opening the service broadly to the public.

1. Account and email verification

You must provide a valid email address and verify it before voting, earning credits, submitting songs or appearing as an active participant.

2. Artist identity

You may only claim an artist, band, creator or account identity that is yours or that you are authorized to represent. You must not impersonate a real artist, public figure, band or rights holder. If you use the name of an established artist or act, you represent that you have specific authorization to do so.

3. Responsibility for submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of the identity information and links you provide, and for obtaining any rights, licences, permissions and consents required for music, lyrics, names, trademarks, images or other material associated with those links. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from material or identities you submit without required permission.

4. External music

The service is intended to store links and ranking metadata, not copies of your music. Music remains hosted by third-party platforms. Their terms and permissions continue to apply.

5. Fair voting

You may not vote on your own songs, automate listening or voting, create duplicate accounts to influence rankings, coordinate fraudulent votes, or manipulate credits. Suspicious votes, accounts and rankings may be withheld, reversed or removed.

6. Credits

Credits are an internal participation unit, have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred. Rules for earning and spending credits may be adjusted to protect fairness, provided already-earned balances are not arbitrarily confiscated.

7. Reviews and takedowns

We may place identities or songs into review, suspend them during a dispute, or remove them from challenges and leaderboards where there is a credible identity, rights, safety or abuse concern. Historical audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary to investigate disputes.

8. Third-party services

Treblo, Suno and other linked services are independent third parties. This site is not endorsed by them unless explicitly stated.
